1. はじめに
VTuber配信予定まとめサイト（以下「本サイト」）は、VTuberの配信情報を集約し、利用者の皆様がより便利に配信を楽しめるようにすることを目的としたサイトです。 本サイトを利用される方は、本規約および免責事項の内容を承諾したものとみなします。
本サイトは個人で運営しており、サイト内に広告の掲載は一切行っておりません。
2. YouTube APIの利用について
本サイトでは、配信情報の取得および表示のためにYouTube APIサービスを利用しています。本サイトを利用することにより、利用者はYouTubeの利用規約およびGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
なお、本サイトはYouTube APIサービスから取得したデータを本サイトの機能提供のためにのみ使用しており、本サイト独自で個人情報を収集したり、外部へ提供したりすることはありません。
3. 取得データについて
本サイトがYouTube Data APIを通じて取得するデータは以下のとおりです。
- 配信者名（チャンネル名）
- YouTubeチャンネルID
- 配信タイトル
- 配信（動画）ID
- 配信ページURL
- サムネイル画像URL
- 配信開始予定日時
- 配信ステータス（ライブ中・配信予定・終了済）
上記データはすべてYouTubeの公開情報であり、特定個人を識別する情報は含みません。
4. 利用目的
取得したデータは以下の目的にのみ使用します。
- 本サイトにおける配信情報・配信予定の表示
- 配信中ステータスの自動更新
上記以外の目的でデータを使用することはありません。
5. データの保存期間
取得した配信情報は、本サイトのサーバー上にJSONファイルとして保存します。 ライブ中情報・配信予定情報は約10分ごとに更新（上書き）され、古いデータは自動的に削除されます。
6. アクセス解析・Cookieについて
本サイトでは、サービスの向上を目的としてGoogle Analyticsを利用し、アクセスログの収集を行っています。これにはCookieが使用されることがありますが、特定の個人を識別する情報は含まれません。 Cookieの使用を希望されない場合は、お使いのブラウザの設定からCookieを無効にすることができます。
また、本サイトはYouTubeの動画サムネイルや埋め込み等を通じて、YouTube（Google）が発行するCookieを間接的に受け取る場合があります。 詳細はGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
7. 第三者への提供
本サイトは、利用者から取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供・開示することはありません。 ただし、法令に基づく要請があった場合はこの限りではありません。

- 本サイトではYouTube APIを利用し、配信情報を定期的に取得しておりますが、システムやネットワーク、配信枠の取得タイミング、配信プラットフォーム側の仕様変更などにより、すべての配信情報が正確に、またはタイムリーに取得できることを保証するものではありません。
- 本サイトからリンクされている外部サイト（YouTube等）の内容やサービスについて、本サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
- 本サイトの利用により生じた直接的、間接的な損害やトラブルについて、管理者はいかなる責任も負いかねます。
- 本サイトの提供するサービスは、予告なく変更または停止することがあります。

This site uses the YouTube API Service to retrieve and display streaming information. By using this site, users are deemed to have agreed to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
Data obtained from the YouTube API Service is used solely for providing features on this site. We do not independently collect personal information or provide it to third parties.
3. Data Collected
The following data is collected by this site via the YouTube Data API:
- Streamer name (channel name)
- YouTube channel ID
- Stream title
- Stream (video) ID
- Stream page URL
- Thumbnail image URL
- Scheduled start date and time
- Stream status (live / upcoming / ended)
All of the above data is publicly available on YouTube and does not include information that identifies specific individuals.
4. Purpose of Use
Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Displaying streaming information and schedules on this site
- Automatically updating live stream status
We will not use the data for any purpose other than those listed above.
5. Data Retention Period
Retrieved streaming information is saved as JSON files on this site's server. Live and upcoming stream data is updated (overwritten) approximately every 10 minutes, and old data is automatically discarded.
6. Access Analysis & Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to collect access logs for the purpose of improving our services. Cookies may be used for this purpose, but they do not include information that identifies specific individuals. If you prefer not to have cookies used, you can disable cookies in your browser settings.
In addition, through YouTube video thumbnails and embeds, users may indirectly receive cookies issued by YouTube (Google). For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
